1. Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is received in the same condition as delivered.
Due to hygiene reasons, used earbuds/AirPods are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- The wrong item was received.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

All products come with a [30/60/90]-day warranty against manufacturing defects (choose the period you want to offer).
The warranty covers:
- Charging issues caused by manufacturing defects.
- Battery or connectivity issues resulting from manufacturing faults.
- Display or sensor issues in smart watches due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, water damage, burns, or misuse.
- Damage caused by drops, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Battery performance reduction due to regular usage.

Customers must provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Photos or videos showing the issue.
After inspection, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product if the issue is covered under warranty.
