1. Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is received in the same condition as delivered.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, used earbuds/AirPods are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The wrong item was received.
    • The product arrived damaged.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Warranty Policy

  • The warranty covers:
    • Charging issues caused by manufacturing defects.
    • Battery or connectivity issues resulting from manufacturing faults.
    • Display or sensor issues in smart watches due to manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage, water damage, burns, or misuse.
    • Damage caused by drops, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Battery performance reduction due to regular usage.

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers must provide:
    • Order number or proof of purchase.
    • Photos or videos showing the issue.
  • After inspection, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product if the issue is covered under warranty.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
